In this Handstand journey, we will ease you into one new hold at a time with in depth coaching videos so you know exactly what to do. All you have to do is... - Turn up and complete 5 sets of the drill to suit your level - Apply the cues given in the videos to see consistent improvement There is multiple drills and a route to suit everyone. Sticking with this practice is easy to understand, efficient and exciting. You only have to learn handstands once with the right coaching! Challenge yourself to see how well you can progress.
