DAILY MOBILITY ROUTINE

This mobility and stabilisation routine was made to reverse the restriction of movement caused by modern-day lifestyle, relieve joint-related pain and allow you to perform at your absolute best. 

 

Whether you have niggles or imbalances from training or from your work this will help you. This is maintenance for your joints! Think of it as important as brushing your teeth in the morning. If you are just starting out or you are tight on a certain day; do the first few neck and shoulder exercises sat on the end of your bed. Try to do this at the earliest point in the day available to you. Notice how straight away you can move more freely for the rest of the day. Notice how you are getting better at breathing and moving into certain ranges. Notice how you can control your body better each week.

Over time I want you to learn this routine so it becomes second nature and part of what you do.
