Pike Progressions

PIKE PUSH UP PROGRESSIONS

I made this video as I can see some of the members are struggling to hit that single pike push up. Not a problem at all, I'm not leaving anyone behind. We are going to tackle this exactly the same way we tackle everything else. Head on with a progressive approach. To achieve any new skill we must work on strength, mobility and priming the nervous system. Learn these moves and use them as and when you need during the strength block of the workout.
