ABOUT ME & MY STORY

Hi, I'm Harry Baldwin, after serving 7 years with the British Army I became a personal trainer. I was once lost with my training, trying multiple programs and methods. I ran into multiple injuries, struggled to put on size, and tested every program I could find without the progress I'd dreamed about. I didn't have a long-term solution to progressing well and I was cutting a few corners that were fundamental to progress.

I wanted to thrive with my Calisthenics, be strong & look the part. Surely there has to be a way?... 

I made it my mission to create an all-around solution that would provide the best results possible. I designed training & nutrition systems to achieve advanced strength, size & skills.  This is my Calisthenics Compounds training method.

 

After a year and a half of commitment to my personalised plan and systems for myself and clients, it was clear our progress was uncommon and this truly can work for everyone. (See results at the bottom of the page)

 

I have now competed in Calisthenics Statics, Reps & Weighted Competitions all around the UK. I'm in the best condition of my life and I'm truly enjoying the journey. I am a full-time online Coach helping others achieve amazing results and their own version of success.

    Workouts and gym routines that are tailored to your current strength, skill & fitness level. Your routine will also factor in your body-composition goals, total volume, equipment available and schedule. These plans are often completely personalised from scratch taking me 2 hours to write (yes I'm a perfectionist). I care for nothing more than to see you build and will do everything within my power to ensure this happens. Your program will be refreshed as your goals adapt or adjusted to ensure progression in 4 week blocks.

I specialise in training you to achieve multiple goals at the same time and keep you well rounded so you can perform at your best.
